FallProof™at Home: Balance and Mobility Training DVD series is a 3-level progressively challenging balance and mobility training series designed by Dr. Debra Rose of the Center for Successful Aging to supplement her community-based FallProof™ classes. However, The Fall Prevention Lady did her graduate thesis on the efficacy of the FallProof™ at Home DVD series as a stand alone fall prevention exercise intervention. After 12-weeks, the study participants demonstrated a significant decrease in fall risk and significant increase in balance confidence.
