Take 5 to Exercise: Fall Prevention DVD series was created by Kelly Ward and features the Take 5 to Exercise ladies in 5-different seated stretching and strengthening routines.  This educational series is a great place to learn why and how to exercise correctly in order to reduce fall risk.  Observe different skill levels as Kelly and two older adult participants stretch and flex their way to stronger muscles, improved flexibility, better posture, and greater independence.

FallProof™at Home: Balance and Mobility Training DVD series is a 3-level progressively challenging balance and mobility training series designed by Dr. Debra Rose of the Center for Successful Aging to supplement her community-based FallProof™ classes.  However, The Fall Prevention Lady did her graduate thesis on the efficacy of the FallProof™ at Home DVD series as a stand alone fall prevention exercise intervention.  After 12-weeks, the study participants demonstrated a significant decrease in fall risk and significant increase in balance confidence.
